Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on eligible orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan where courier services support it.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. HaiderScents is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos of the package and products.
